I hold a few positions in academia. First, I am a professor of educational sciences in the field of school administration at the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT). Then, I am director of the diploma of higher studies specialized in the field of the management of educational establishments. In addition, I am an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa. Previously, I was a school principal, a teacher and a flight attendant.

 I hold a Doctorate in Education from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from McMaster University. I also hold a Special Education Specialist qualification, an Ontario Supervisory Officer's Certificate and a Québec teaching certificate.
